Checking out this pho which I bookmarked a while ago, would say it's one of the best pho in town.
Generally speaking, their pho broth tasted sweet and light yet had a strong beef bone flavour, reminded me the northern part of vietnam, which was different from the southern.
Also, the texture of the noodles was incredibly smooth and the beef balls was chunky too. However, thought the portion of the beef slices could be more generous.
Besides, the skin of the butter wings was sprinkled with deep fried ginger and was perfectly crispy.
As for drink, the passionfruit soda was definitely perfect for the summer to beat the heat.
Last, but not the least, would loved to try other items if there weren't any queue.
