大醬湯(된장찌개Doenjang Jjigae)是韓國的平民美食，人妻覺得很神奇的是，大醬湯可以做出多種變化。
想吃得比較豐盛，可以煮蛤蠣大醬湯、花蟹大醬湯、豬肉大醬湯。
如果家裡剛好沒有什麼食材，也可以煮蔬菜大醬湯、豆腐大醬湯或是最基本的白菜大醬湯。
根據不同的食材搭配，煮出來的大醬湯味道都不大一樣喔!
韓國的大白菜價格超級便宜，還非常大顆。
今天我們來學學最省食材費用的「白菜大醬湯」。
台灣目前大白菜價格較高，人妻這次買的是價格比較美麗的「結球白菜」。
一顆台幣32元，可以煮3~4次，是不是省很大?!
韓式大醬的營養成分極高，大醬的主要原料黃豆中含有天然的植物激素，能預防乳腺癌，還能降低與激素相關的各種腫瘤發病率。
黃豆發酵產生異黃酮衍生物，更有利吸收，能增強抗氧化、抗過敏、抗發炎等。
人妻最愛的韓式大醬湯是屬於低脂肪，低卡路里食材，對於控制體重有很大的幫助。
想要瘦身時，我的晚餐會以「白菜大醬湯」來取代白飯，好吃又可以瘦身，是不是很開心?!
