烹調時間 cooking time: 1小時(hour)
成份ingredients :
4個 (pcs) 紅蘋果 rea apples
4 粒 (35g) 紅棗 Red Date
2250 ml 清水 water
方法 method :
1. 沖洗紅棗, 去核。
放入2250ml清水中。轉中大火。
Wash the red dates. Remove the seed.
Put in 2250 ml water. Turn to med-high heat.
2. 熱水焯蘋果，再沖洗。去掉表皮果蠟。
切半，份去頂、去核。
Put the apple in hot water for seconds.
Then wash and remove the apple wax on the surface.
Cut into 2 parts. Remove the seed
3. 蘋果可隨時放入紅棗水中。
煮1小時。
如不食蘋果肉，不要壓蘋果。
Put the sliced apples into the 2250ml boiling water.
Cook it for 1 hour.
If you don't eat the apple flesh, don't press the apples
