香港的素食潮流已經大大超出傳統齋菜，今次就來到位於尖沙咀的慈素小聚。\n\n\n\n小店面積不大，座位不多，環境比較狹窄，二人枱窄小得只能容納大約兩至三碟菜式。\n\n\n\n餐牌素食款式供應中、西、日口味，選擇多元化。\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n素食三文魚拼盤 $68\n\n一上桌隨即飄逸著仙氣般的煙霧，可說是眼睛與味蕾的感官美饌。\n\n\n\n厚切魚生刺身造型幾可亂真，原來是以蒟蒻製成，色澤和紋路像真度極高。\n\n\n\n素食三文魚色澤鮮艷，口感鮮嫩，直接沾芥末醬及醋薑食用，輕盈清爽無負擔。\n\n\n\n台式叉燒刈包 $68\n\n刈包包身軟綿不黏口，平時最常見的配搭是五花腩，轉成素肉款式令素食者有更多選擇，也可讓非素食者多了健康之選。\n\n\n\n餡料有蜜汁素叉燒和啖啖肉的素炸魚柳，以素代肉，但就沒有肥豬肉的大量飽和脂肪，盡享吃肉的滋味卻不需要有罪惡感。\n\n\n\n香芒天婦羅炸豆腐 $88\n\n豆腐炸至色澤金黃，配合香甜的香芒汁調味，讓原本清淡的豆腐變得清新開胃，中和炸物的油膩感。\n\n\n\n外層粉漿不算過厚，咬下去口感特別鬆脆，外脆內軟，裡面包著嫩滑雪白的豆腐，入口即化。\n\n\n\n北京片皮鴨 $128\n\n片皮鴨由大豆肉片製成，烤得香脆得來帶點煙韌咬口，帶來全素的新食感。\n\n\n\n餅皮軟綿煙韌，包著青瓜、紅黃椒和甜麵醬等配料，濃郁風味不減，打破大家對素食寡淡無味的刻板印象。\n\n\n\n意大利香草風味酥皮薄餅 $138\n\nPizza
