高質中環Fine Dining印度🇮🇳菜

今個weekend 去咗中環Fine Dining嘅印度菜餐廳Chutney食午餐 店內環境好高貴 裝飾得好有印度色彩顏色 擺設都好豪華嘅感覺 落低無耐 店員就俾咗份印度脆片 佢有三種醬嘅配搭包括係薄荷､紅菜頭醬同菠蘿 It was the first time that we visited this Indian Restaurant and we like the environment and decoration of the restaurant as it is comfortable and spacious. We had a brunch menu, which included the starter, main and a dessert. 🤍Appetiser 🐙 Tandoor Octopus 呢個炭燒八爪魚嘅上盤非常精緻 八爪魚燒成有點點燻香 食落幾彈牙 The dish of Tandoor Octopus looks good and taste yummy and juicy 🥗 Chicken Tikka Salad 呢個印度烤雞沙律有好多材料 包括有腰果､烤雞､紅石榴籽､個sauce酸酸地同個沙律幾夾 有啲似係yogurt sauce 雞肉肉質唔會好乾 The chicken Tikka Salad is wonderful, included nuts, chicken, pomegranate seeds the sauce is a bit sour and make you feel refreshing and chicken is tender 🤍Main 🍴Achari Beef Short Rib 另一款main我地簡咗慢煮牛肋條 食落有啲似係炆過嘅牛腩 而個sauce係酸酸辣辣 We ordered slow cooked beef ribs and served with garlic nan. The beef ribs were well done. The sauce is a little bit spicy and very suitable for garlic nan 🐓 Old Delhi Butter Chicken 個main我地簡咗呢個牛油雞sauce 用嚟沾落去Garlic Nann到食 雞肉烤過仲可以保持到肉汁 主要呢個sauce係有牛油香味同埋有啲番茄係到 用嚟送飯定沾落Garlic Nann食都好夾 The chicken was tender and some tomatoes sauce with mixed with the butter chicken and it leads to rich flavour 🤍Drink 🥭 Mango Lassi 印度菜嘅signature drink都會係Mango Lassi 好濃郁嘅芒果味有啲似yogurt咁 The signature drink in Indian cuisine should be Mango Lassi and full of fresh mango and it tastes like yogurt 🍹Chutney's Iced Tea 呢杯係用咗紅石榴､桃､脫水橙同茶mix埋 幾啱我地口味 #UCreatorHK#BESTFOODwithUCreator#多國菜必食#多國菜美食#南亞菜必食#中環
